Yellowjackets Rock!

despite being put on probation and made to vacate like 7 seasons GT Yellowjackets showed up sat night and stuck it to the hurricanes. on behalf of all VT fans out there i would just like to say THANK YOU! you did something we failed to do, i.e. show up and kick butt. so now if we beat unc and thats not a foregone conclusion, IF we beat UNC we are on our way to the 1st ever ACC championship game! Congratulations to Auburn for kicking Alabamas behind! Luper i told you along with everyone else that fresno state would lose. i am off to virginia with stacey to celebrate thanksgiving!!! i hope everyone out there has a good and safe holiday!

A Tiger in the Dawg House

Well well well. it looks like ugag got beat this weekend by a better team. ugag should have no excuses since their all world qb was back. however, while watching the game me and ben came up with atleast 5 excuses we thought we would hear ugag fans saying and lo and behold i have already heard 3 of the 5. we wrote the excuses down on a bar napkin and i will scan this napkin and post it on here later once i find the ac adapter to the scanner. we watched the game at the sports theater at city place and when auburn connected on the 4th and 10 at the end of the game we jumped up and were screaming and ben literally picked me up and ran me around the bar. it was crazy. needless to say that was the highlight of the weekend. oh and how about those gamecocks sticking it to the gaytors!!! woooooo hooooo! War Eagle and War Chicken! me stacey and ben went to the beach and went body surfing and layed out in the sun, ate good food, watched good ball games, and sunday after church i tried to show ben how to skim board, he was starting to get it until i busted my nose after a pretty good ride, so i had to mop up blood for about 10 minutes with my beach towel. im so glad thanksgiving is coming up, me and stacey are flying to Va for the whole week. i cant wait until monday gets here so we can head home for some goooooooood food and family! stacey i just wanted to let you know that i love you more than life itself and i am so glad you are in my life. you make me want to be a better person. i am so lucky that i get to spend the rest of my crazy life with you!!!

is it possible???

why is it that when people who obviously want something come up to me and say "hey brock is it possible to (insert request here)? they should know that first of all No it is not possible for me to do that. and second of all i promise you that if i tell you that i dont know, then rest assured that I DO NOT KNOW, i am not joking or playing a prank on you i honestly dont know. then they look at me and say "are you sure" hmmmmm let me think for a second genius......OF COURSE I AM SURE otherwise i wouldnt have told you. then i get the all time great question "well do you know who would know the answer to that?" listen dumb ass, if i knew that person i would have found out the information for myself long ago thus keeping me from having to go through this ridiculious conversation with you. but the one that really sets me off is "hey brock i know this is kinda last minute but (insert absurd request here)? to which my first response is a loud laugh then i try to give them a look to make them feel as dumb, stupid, insignificant as possible and say "well if i had known you wanted that more than 2 hours in advance i might could have helped you out". let me ask all of you guys something Do I look like Jesus to any of you? because im sure he is the only miracle worker in the business and im pretty sure I AM NOT HIM! I DO NOT WORK MIRACLES! i love when people come to me and want a video tomorrow. have no idea what they want on it or what music to put on it. they arent even sure they want a video but they are sure that i have the answers to their problems, evidently i just dont want to help them out. or sometimes they want something videotaped but they dont know what time it starts, or how long it will last, or better yet what all they need. but i guess its my job to read minds too, the sign on my office should say Brock aka Miracle Worker and Mind Reader to all! i want to just look at them and say stuff like: do you just walk into the O.R. at a hospital and demand a operation right then? do you go to a reservation only restaurant and demand a seat when you havent made a reservation? do i show up in your office and demand that you make me a sandwitch right now! or i want you to go clean my office NOW! i dont care that i am 33rd in line i should be the first one in line! and church/religious people are the worlds worst at doing this. the only time management or planning they know is last minute. well i am here to tell you that under me there WILL BE NO LAST MINUTE working, i dont care how important it is. just like the sign in Dennis Duncans office used to say: a lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part. if you want last minute then i dont want you.

HUGE weekend

ok so for those of you living under a rock this weekend is a mighty big weekend for the brockster. my beloved Hokies play Miami our hated rival. I am totally confident that we can win, it will be either heaven or hell for me come sunday and monday, seeing as how i work with about 100 miami fans and all my students are die hard miami fans, so its going to be feast or famine. i am on day 11 without power at my condo, so i have been crashing in Staceys parents spare bedroom which is now referred to as "brocks room" stacey says that i am a mess cause i have clothes all over the room. work is keeping me swamped, i actually had to be on vanguard duty the other night from 7pm to 1am because of the lack of power i.e. alarm systems, and the idiots around here that would loot my grandmother if she took a nap on a park bench. but life is slowly getting back to normal thank GOD! they still have the beaches closed cause of all the raw sewage that washed into the surf, so i havent been able to go skim boarding or surfing in a couple of weeks which SUCKS. beaver shot a deer. nooft is always too busy for me and beaver. wedding planning is back in full swing. i joined ballys fitness center so i can get into shape for the wedding night marathon! stacey joined too. we are going to my house for thanksgiving and fly out the 22nd. thats about it. i hope you all are entertained and up to date.
