We Survived Katrina.

Katrina didnt do much to us, just a lot of wind and a little bit of rain, but hey we did get out of work 1/2 a day on Thursday and all day Friday. im not complaining there. Katrina was only a category 1 when it came through here, thank God we arent in Louisiana or Mississippi, we are praying for those folks. Yes Luper we have power and we never lost power, it just flickered a little bit. Everyone seems to be getting a kick out of Staceys blog post so everyone laugh it up and stick it to us guys, thats all right with me cause we probably arent paying attention anyway. so i hope everyone is having fun, i miss you guys a lot!!!

The Anal Invasion

yes thats right, your dear brockly is scheduled for humiliation on september 14. the colonoscopy or so i have been told, isnt as bad as everyone makes it out to be and i will be knocked out for it. i made dang sure of that today. so please pray for me cause i will be so glad to get this over and done with. and if that isnt bad enough we have tropical storm/hurricane katrina headed our way so this weekend ought to be a barrel of laughs.

Abdominal Scan = All Clear

ok so the abdominal ultrasound was all clear, everything looked good, pancreas, spleen, liver, and gall bladder all got the OK. so now it is on to the gastrointeroligist or however you spell it and god only knows what this guy is going to stick down me or up me, im a little scared to know. i really appreciate you guys praying for me and please keep praying and i will let you know what the prognosis is as soon as i find out! love you guys

abdominal ultrasound

so i have to have a abd. ultrasound tomorrow so they can look at my gall bladder and liver, they seem to think that there is a problem with one or the other. i can only eat bread and applesauce. thats it, no dairy, no meat, no veggies, no nothing! if i eat anything other than bread and applesauce i get the R U N S! and let me tell you what, i about took out 2 kids the other day on the way to the can because i tried to eat some real food. so life is really starting to suck for the bdt here. ill keep you guys posted on whats going on with me, pray please pray, the last thing i need or want is another operation!

i need prayer people

those of you that know me know that for me to ask for prayer, it must be serious. im sick and i dont know why. ive been feeling rough for a few weeks now and its gotten to the point where i cant keep going on feeling like i do now. i cant get into the details right now cause its kinda gross but just pray that the test results will come back soon and it will be something that can be cured quickly and easily. i had blood work done and they took some samples from me, or i donated the samples however you want to look at it. it wasnt the most pleasant thing i have ever done. and on top of this sickness i found out today too that i have strep throat for the 10,000 time and im on medicine for that too. so please remember to pray for me and i will keep everyone updated on whats going down.

They Call Me Mr. Tibbs

so now im a adjunct school teacher at the christian academy that the church owns. its a decent size private school about 700 kids and ill be teaching 2nd period Media. or as i like to call it, Media according to Mr. Tibbs. they have given me free reign to teach whatever i want as long as its media related. so i am going to have a lot of discussion and movie watching, hands on multimedia, and some theory. just enough to keep them interested. this should be a experience. and to think that i never had to take a education class at EC. isnt the world of loophole education great.
