another cell phone issue

now i have been a cingular customer for almost 5 years straight unless you count that 1 month mistake when i went with "next-to-hell" aka nextel, but cingular has always had the same voice mail menu where you hit number 3 to delete the message anytime during or after the message, well all of a sudden now they are changing their voice mail system!!! WHY?!?!?! i had to completly go through the whole set up process before and they totally treat you like you have a IQ of 21. so i go through all of that garbage again and now the delete button is number 7??? AND you cant delete the message during, you have to wait until whoever left it is finished rambling. only THEN can you delete it. AND NOW my church cell phone with T-mobile has done the same freakin thing!!! are we outsourcing the voice mails now or what. and by the way t-mobile sucks about as bad as alltel. if i could live without these 2 evil phones i swear i would. by the way im waiting for beaver and nooft to come down for the wedding before i throw my nextel into the ocean. if you are thinking about switching to the new Sprint/Nextel DONT DO IT!!!! trust the bdt on this one.
